Our business model is designed for the greatest convenience by offering fast in-stock delivery and a way for you to try a chair for up to 30 days risk-free.
We are part of CHANINTR which is the exclusive and authorized Herman Miller retailer in Thailand.

Are chairs on the website the original Herman Miller chairs?
All ergonomic chairs on are original Herman Miller chairs.
How long is the product warranty?
All chairs offered on have Herman Miller’s 12-year international warranty. All services are done through and CHANINTR as an exclusive authorized dealer for Herman Miller in Thailand.
Do you have any showroom where I can try a chair?
We have 2 locations where the full range is on display

  • IStudio shops also display a limited range of our chairs, please call the shop to check to make sure they have the chair you would like to try before making the trip. However, TRY-A-CHAIR program is available through only.
Are the prices the same in all CHANINTR and Istudio locations?
All chairs with the same specification share the same retail prices across all channels.
Is your website secure?
Yes, We use HTTPS protocol to protect your information and privacy. Also we never keep your credit card information. Your card information are transferred from your browser directly to Omise the high standard payment gateway trusted by major marketplaces.
How do I buy a chair on
We have designed our website to be as easy to use as possible. Just follow the steps of reviewing and selecting the chair you think is right for you, pick the color you like and in the case of the Aeron, the size that is right for you, then go on to checking out and payment.
Remember, if you ever need help, we are just a phone call, LINE message, or email away.
How can I track my order once I have placed it?

How do I cancel or change an order?

Can I return my purchased item?
Of course, if you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item within 30 days in original condition. Please be aware that if you live outside of Bangkok, you will be refunded the price of the chair less the transportation costs to pick up the returned item. If you happen to purchase the product under a promotional period such as 0% interest with installments, some bank fees will be applied.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices are inclusive of VAT.
Can I get a tax invoice under my company name?
Yes, please provide your company details and TAX ID number in the checkout page. It will be sent to you by post.
Can I order other Herman Miller products which are not available in PERGO?

How accurate are the colors shown of each chair on the website?
We have made every effort to show the true colors of each chair by doing a 360 image but colors may still vary from screen to screen. To be sure please inspect a physical sample upon delivery or in store.
Do your chairs require assembly?
No, our chairs ship fully assembled.

Try-A-Chair program
Which ergonomic chair models are available for the TRY-A-CHAIR Program?
All chair models displayed on are available for the 30 day free trial program.
How many chairs are in the program and how many can I try?
We have a limited number of chairs in the program so we can not guarantee availability for all requests.
You can only try one chair at a time. If you’d like to see and try a few chairs at once, we recommend a visit to our showroom. After that you can still try the preferred one for the 30 day program.
Who is eligible for the program?
If you have the intention of buying an ergonomic chair from us but would like to try it out to be sure you got the right one, this is the solution for you. We want to take the risk of selecting the right chair out of the process for you.
Are the trial chairs new or old?
All trial chairs are brand new as we hope you will like it so much you will decide to keep it.
How can I use the Program and what is required?
This TRY-A-CHAIR Program is only available at We require your ID card number and credit card number as a security guarantee. The credit card will only be charged after 30 days or upon your confirmation.
I thought TRY-A-CHAIR Program was free. Why do you need my credit card?
The TRY-A-CHAIR Program is definitely free! We require credit cards as a security measure in case our chairs disappear or get destroyed. Please note that if you do not return your FREE trial chair we assume you love it and want to purchase it. The charge is the guarantee amount you made during checkout process which is the price of chair model you selected without any additional fee. We will remind you before your time is up.
If you want to return the chair, please make sure it is postmarked in our system before the thirtieth full day after delivery. (We’ll send you an email reminder so you don’t forget). If you need an extra day or two, just call us and we’ll work something out.
Why have I been notified of credit card charges of 20 THB?
This is required by the payment gateway system. After filling in a valid credit card card number, 20 THB will be deducted and returned immediately as part of their validity checking process (required by Omise Payment System). However, for the payment of the chair, no money will be charged from your credit card until after 30 days or upon your confirmation of purchase.
Which areas do you offer the TRY-A-CHAIR program?
For now, the TRY-A-CHAIR program is only available in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area. Fill in your postal code to check the delivery fee here.
How and when will my credit card will be charged?
Once you decide to join a TRY-A-CHAIR program, we require a credit card number immediately. No money will be charged from your credit card until after 30 days or upon your confirmation of purchase.
How long do I have before I need to decide?
You have 30 days from the date the chair reached you. An email notification to get your confirmation of purchase or return will be sent to you a few days before time is up.
How long does it takes to get my trial chair after my request is sent?
If our allocation for trial chairs is available, you will get your chair the next day. For your convenience, our customer service will contact you as soon as possible for appointment.
What if I decide to buy the chair before the 30 day TRIAL period ends?
Please go to your order history or the email we sent you after your trial request was submitted and click the “BUY” button to complete sales transaction.
What if I don’t like the chair I requested for TRIAL and I want to return?
Please go to your order history and click the “RETURN” button to complete the return request. Please make sure that you complete the RETURN request and submit to us before your 30 day trial period expires. Once your RETURN request is submitted, please allow us 1-3 days to arrange collection of the chair.
What if I decide to buy a chair but I want to pick a different colour?
Please go to your order history and click “RETURN” to complete the return request. Then select “ I want to pick a different colour” as a reason for returning. You could then just buy a new chair in the color you like, or, have our sales team contact you for assistance.What if I decide to buy a different chair?

What if I don’t like the chair and want to try another model?
We limit 1 trial Chair per 1 customer. And if you would like to return the chair please go to your order history and click ‘RETURN’ to complete the process first. Then, if you still not sure and want to try another model. Please contact us directly. Our sale team would be happy to welcome you at our showroom to show all available models and personally explain the features and specifications of each model while you test on it one by one.
Can I try more than 1 chair at once?
TRY A CHAIR program is limited to one chair per customer.
What if I forget to return the chair before 30 days?
We will make effort to reach you and get your confirmation before your time expires but if we can not reach you, your credit card will be automatically charged when the trial period expires and we will assume that you have purchased the chair.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery within the Bangkok Metropolitan area is free of charge. To check the delivery rates outside Bangkok fill in your postal code here
How long does it take to receive my chair?
We aim to deliver your chair within the next day of your order but no later than 48 hours for in-stock items.
Outside of Bangkok please allow us, 2-4 business days.
Who will deliver my chair?
We normally deliver in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area through our own PERGO delivery team but we may deliver via our selected delivery agents should the need arise.
We deliver most Up Country orders to arrive via DPX in 2-4 business days. Once your order has been placed, please allow for 24-48 hours handling time and our sales associate will contact you for confirmation.
However, if you have your preferred delivery agent in Bangkok, we are more than happy to deliver the chair to a delivery agent of your choice free of charge.
Can I schedule a time for my delivery?
For Bangkok Metropolitan area, you can schedule your convenient date and time for your delivery by adding it to your special requests. Our sale associate will contact you again to confirm. Thank you for your patience while we add this feature to the buying process.
For out of town deliveries, we regret that we cannot schedule specific times. However, our delivery agent will contact you at least a day ahead of time to coordinate a delivery date and time that suits you best.
Do you deliver outside Thailand?
Currently, we only sell within the country.
Is there any delivery charge for returned items?
We offer free returns within the Bangkok Metropolitan area.

Your card details are never sent to us. They are transferred from your browser directly to Omise, and we have SSL to keep that transfer safe. Omise is a trusted company that offers payment gateways to major marketplaces, and have very high levels of security to keep your card details safe. Warranty and services
How do I get my Herman Miller product repaired and what information do I need to provide to by CHANINTR?
For warranty repairs, you’ll need to provide your billing name when you made the purchase with by CHANINTR together with the 3 photos below to CHANINTR in order for us to pass the information to Herman Miller and process a claim.

1. A photo of the manufacturing label (product number, FO number, manufacture date) affixed underneath the seat of the chair
2. A photo of the whole chair
3. A photo of the problem of the chair
4. A photo of the warranty sticker from CHANINTR

What can I do about a Herman Miller product I bought from a reseller that wasn’t from by CHANINTR or an authorized dealer. Now my product needs to be repaired?
Your best option is to contact the reseller, who can perhaps make the repair for you. Because Herman Miller can’t guarantee the condition or authenticity of the components used by unauthorized resellers, these products are not covered by Herman Miller’s warranty. Buying from an authorized Herman Miller reseller gives you two advantages. First is authenticity. If the product comes from an authorized reseller, you can be certain it’s the real thing. Second is warranty. Herman Miller and its authorized resellers stand behind every Herman Miller product and have the ability to make repairs, if needed.
What is covered? by CHANINTR is an authorized Herman Miller dealer. Therefore, warranty covers everything—including casters, pneumatic cylinders, tilts, and all moving mechanisms.
Any misuse, abuse, or modification to the original product voids the warranty. Herman Miller does not warrant the performance of the product when used in combination with other than original Herman Miller product or failure resulting from normal wear and tear.
